Adding Students to Istation

If you need student(s) added to Istation, please email or turn in a HelpDesk request.

Please include the following information:
Campus, Student Name, Student ID #
Name of Istation Class in which student should be enrolled.

Teacher View Student Program

All Istation teacher and manager accounts are set up to allow the teacher or manager to log in to the Istation student application, just as a student would, in order to view the assessments and instruction for themselves.

Your account may already be set as the same grade as your students, but if you would like to check or change the grade associated with your account (which will affect the level of assessment and instruction) ,log in to the Istation website and select "My Account" from the top right corner, then "Edit" your profile to select the grade.

Student Login

It is very important that the students login to Istation on computers using their individual login - and choose the correct school (domain) in Istation the first time they login. Students should simply start typing Anna ISD and a list of Anna ISD campuses will automatically populate the search field.

Istation Reading and Assessment

Istation now open for all students Grades Pre-K - 8

For assistance with the program, contact your campus AP, the Instructional Technology Specialist, Mindi Vandagriff.

Introducing Istation

Istation utilizes a research and standards based ISIP (Istation’s Indicators of Progress) assessment to determine a student’s initial reading level. The program is set up to automatically progress monitor students monthly, but teachers also have the option of initiating on-demand assessments to monitor the progress of particular students they are working with in small groups on specific skill development.

Teachers have access to detailed reports of student progress, and Istation includes a library of over 1,900 scripted lessons and more than 150 books teachers can utilize to target skill development during small group instruction.
